
The Parrot Snake is bright green; it lives on the forest floor of the rainforest. It feeds on small amphibians and reptiles (such as lizards). The parrot snake, such as other snakes squeeze there pray.
Once their pray loses air, the snake swallows it whole. It takes awhile for the Parrot Snake to swallow their pray whole. The Parrot Snake grows up a little more than two meters. Although they are dangerous, they help keep the amphibian population in balance.
The Parrot Snake doesn't like much company; it likes to wander alone. If someone or something picks on the parrot snake, it will bite. They have poisonous venom, which can possibly kill a human.
Most Parrot Snakes have large poisonous teeth. However when
they are babies they have very small teeth. Parrot Snakes live
usually live in dark areas. Most live under logs or trees.
