Geckos are interesting little creatures. They live on the forest floor and are actually, along with all other lizards, known as Squamata Sauria. Geckos eat flies, which is not uncommon with lizards. I think it is interesting that they catch flies with their tongues.

Geckos are little, seven and a half inches, have long tongues, and are a green color. They camouflage well with their environment. This helps them survive despite their many predators, one being some kinds of snakes. That just goes to show you how many small rainforest creatures survive. I am glad to be able to help you better understand one of the many creatures in the dark, mysterious, and even complex rainforest.
