Did you know the leaf-mimicking katydid is the size of a closed hand? The leaf-mimicking katydid is green and brown. They only eat leaves. They do have a lot of predators though. For example, monkeys, spiders, and birds all eat the katydid.
The leaf-mimicking katydid lives on the forest floor and under story. Did you also know the leaf-mimicking katydid has over 200 different relatives? That's just in katydids and there are plenty more. A lot of people think the katydid will never become extinct, unless the rainforest gets cut down!
